Growing up in completely secular homes on Long Island and Paris, directing a Chabad center and teaching in a Hebrew School was not our expected life trajectory...

That changed when, at a young age, we were introduced to Judaism through the teachings of the Rebbe. Judaism is joyful, deep, and meaningful, but what made it accessible to us was its non-judgemental and unconditional aspects. It is always possible to have a deep, meaningful relationship with G-d, regardless of your level of observance. It’s unconditional, beyond the limits of time, space, and self.

In 2009, the Hebrew School opened its doors to teach this message! Your bond with G-d is unconditional.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege to teach countless children in our community. One of the most encouraging experiences we’ve had is that these children continue their education and engagement with us after their Bar/Bat Mitzvahs through our BEaM and jetta* programs.

As more and more children enrolled each year, we dreamt of expanding our physical space.

In 2012 Isaac and Deborah Ash came into our lives and made that dream a reality!

Their love for Judaism, their drive to share that love, and their incredible generosity led to the building of a beautiful school and shul. Since September 2014, we have celebrated many holidays and joyous occasions with our students and their families, and we’ve expanded our program catalog exponentially.

We LOVE the families in our community...

…and are grateful for the opportunity to share the beauty of Judaism with your children through our Hebrew school and other programs. We hope you’ll consider our Hebrew School and Shul as a welcoming space for spiritual connection and growth.

Looking forward to seeing you! Rabbi Yitschak and Rochel
